Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Unlimited Apps LLC (“Unlimited Apps,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit unlimitedapps.dev and our product sites and use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Company identity

  • Legal name: Unlimited Apps LLC
  • Email: info@unlimitedapps.dev
  • Website: unlimitedapps.dev

The public-facing brand is Unlimited Apps. The legal name “Unlimited Apps LLC” is used for official and legal documents and communications.

1. Information we collect

Contact and account information. When you sign up for an account, join a waitlist, subscribe to notifications, or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name and email address. Product accounts store the data you provide in connection with your use of the Services.

Payment information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit or debit card numbers — card data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy practices. We retain limited billing records (such as transaction amounts, dates, and receipts) for accounting and support purposes.

Usage and technical information. Our sites are hosted by Cloudflare. As is standard, hosting infrastructure collects technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, and access logs. We use Google Analytics (GA4) on unlimitedapps.dev and degensentry.com to understand aggregate usage of those sites. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed, session length, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address) and reports it to us in aggregate form. On those properties, analytics is consent-first: Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics cookies, and it stays off if you decline. Our other product sites do not use analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, and we have configured Google Analytics without advertising personalization features. See Sections 3 and 5 for more detail, including how to opt out.

Content you submit to AI features. Several of our products use third-party artificial-intelligence providers to process content you submit — for example, the resume and job-posting text you provide to WordBond is transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely so they can generate your tailored documents. We send only the content needed for the feature you requested. We do not use your content to train artificial-intelligence models — not ours, and we use AI providers whose terms prohibit them from training on content submitted through their services. AI providers that process content for the Services act as service providers to us and are covered in Section 3.

Communications. Confirmation and service emails are sent through Resend. Support and partner communications are handled through Zoho email. Records of communications with us may be retained for support and business purposes.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Process payments and fulfill purchases
  • Send transactional and service emails (e.g., confirmations, receipts, alerts)
  • Send product notifications and updates you have requested or that relate to products you use
  • Respond to support requests and communications
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Services
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We never train artificial-intelligence models on your content. Content you submit is processed only to produce the output you requested.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Services, including:

  • Stripe — payment processing (card data handled by Stripe)
  • Resend — transactional/service email delivery
  • Cloudflare — website and product hosting, edge delivery, and logs
  • Zoho — support and business email communications
  • Google (Google Analytics) — website usage analytics on unlimitedapps.dev and degensentry.com (aggregate reporting; consent-first; advertising personalization disabled)
  • Third-party AI model providers — processing of user-submitted content for AI features (e.g., WordBond document generation). Providers are contractually barred from training on submitted content
  • Telegram — alert delivery channel for DegenSentry (alerts you subscribe to)
  • Discord — alert delivery channel for DegenSentry (alerts you subscribe to)
  • Solana RPC infrastructure provider — blockchain network data access for token- and wallet-related features (e.g., DegenSentry, PROSP)

This list is complete as of the effective date above. If we add service providers that handle personal information, we will update this policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unlimited Apps, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

  • Account data (including data stored in Cloudflare KV): retained for the life of the account or subscription, plus 90 days thereafter for support and legal purposes.
  • Waitlist and notification signups: retained until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days thereafter.
  • User documents (such as resumes and generated documents): retained while your account is active. You may delete your documents at any time, and you may ask us to delete them immediately by contacting info@unlimitedapps.dev; deletions are purged from backups within 30 days.
  • Support communications: retained for 2 years.
  • Billing records: retained for at least 7 years, as required by U.S. tax and accounting law.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics retains user- and event-level data for a limited period configured in our property (2 to 14 months), after which it is deleted automatically; we use aggregate reports thereafter.
  • ToutCheck ledger: ToutCheck’s published assessment ledger is a public record and persists; corrections are made by appending a correction entry, not by altering the original entry. Underlying source data follows the standard windows above.
  • DegenSentry alert history: retained for 24 months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
  • Hosting and security logs: retained only as long as necessary for security and operations, per Cloudflare’s retention policies.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: (1) strictly necessary functions — for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your preferences, and protecting the security of the Services; (2) analytics — Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) on unlimitedapps.dev and degensentry.com, which help us understand aggregate usage and which load only after you consent; on those properties, analytics is off by default until you accept; and (3) no other categories — we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our other product sites use strictly-necessary cookies only. You can opt out of Google Analytics by declining analytics cookies where offered, by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by blocking cookies in your browser settings; the Services will continue to work, though strictly-necessary cookies are required for sign-in and security features. If we add new categories of cookies or trackers, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by law before they take effect.

6. Your rights

We honor privacy rights for all users, regardless of where you live — including users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy of the information we hold about you in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@unlimitedapps.dev. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, or sooner where applicable law requires it.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request (for example, by confirming control of the email address on the account). If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny the request and will explain why. If we need more time than the period above, we will tell you within that period and explain the reason. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; we will review and answer appeals promptly. You may also submit a request through an authorized agent, whom we may ask to demonstrate authorization. Where required by law, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) as requests to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; as stated in Section 2, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law). You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may purchase subscriptions or products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected information from a child in violation of this policy, we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including the use of reputable service providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, Zoho). However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data incident requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected users and regulators as required.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and we will provide notice through the Services or by other means as required by law. If you continue to use the Services after changes take effect, the updated policy will apply to information collected from that point forward, and to existing information as permitted by law.
