Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites and products of Unlimited Apps LLC (“Unlimited Apps,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to the products listed below (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

When you create an account or complete a purchase, you will be asked to affirmatively accept these Terms by clicking a button or checking a box that references them. That acceptance — not mere browsing — is the agreement between you and Unlimited Apps LLC. We retain a record of the version of these Terms you accepted and when. These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and class-action waiver in Section 12.

Company identity

  • Legal name: Unlimited Apps LLC
  • Email: info@unlimitedapps.dev

The public-facing brand is Unlimited Apps. The legal name “Unlimited Apps LLC” is used for official and legal documents and communications.

  • EarningsDrift (earningsdrift.io) — post-earnings drift tool. Offered in free and paid tiers; current pricing is shown on the product’s website and at checkout.
  • ToutCheck (toutcheck.com) — tout auditing. Offered in free and paid tiers; current pricing is shown on the product’s website and at checkout.

  • PROSP — the Unlimited Apps utility token on Solana. PROSP pays for Pro tiers at a 20% discount; holding PROSP unlocks Pro access to eligible products. PROSP is governed by the Token Terms in Annex A.

Product-specific terms below apply in addition to these general Terms. Where a product-specific term conflicts with a general term, the product-specific term controls for that product.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use certain Services. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you are under 18, you may purchase subscriptions or products only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the purchase.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently or abusively.

3. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Processor. All payments are processed by Stripe. USD revenue flows to Unlimited Apps LLC. We do not store your full card numbers; card data is handled by Stripe.

Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. No prorated refunds are given for partial billing periods.

How to cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings on the product’s website, or by emailing info@unlimitedapps.dev from the address associated with your account. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period, and we will confirm your cancellation by email.

Annual plans. Annual plans are priced at a discount relative to monthly billing. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase. The 14-day refund window runs from the initial purchase of the plan; it does not restart at renewal, and renewals are not refundable except where required by law.

Annual-plan renewal. Before an annual plan renews, we will send a renewal reminder to the email address on your account stating the renewal date and the amount that will be charged.

One-time purchases. Digital products such as What It Paid “Receipts” are sold as one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Because digital products are delivered immediately, all one-time sales are final except where required by law.

Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@unlimitedapps.dev within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Price changes. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to new purchases and to renewals after notice.

PROSP payments. Where a product accepts PROSP tokens for payment, the conversion rate applied at checkout is final. Refunds of PROSP payments, where owed, are made in USD by reference to the USD price of the product purchased, not by return of tokens (see Annex A). The set of products and tiers eligible for PROSP payment, discount, or unlock benefits is as published on the PROSP page of unlimitedapps.dev. We may change or discontinue PROSP program benefits prospectively on reasonable notice; changes will not affect Pro tiers already purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through automated scraping, excessive requests, or reverse engineering of paid or access-controlled features, except as expressly permitted
  • Circumvent access controls, paywalls, or licensing restrictions
  • Upload or transmit malware, or content that infringes the rights of others
  • Use outputs of the Services in ways that violate these Terms or applicable law

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Intellectual property

Our IP. The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, branding, and content, are owned by Unlimited Apps LLC (or our licensors) and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Services without written permission.

“Unlimited Apps” brand. The brand is “Unlimited Apps.” The legal name “Unlimited Apps LLC” is reserved for official and legal use.

Your content. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (e.g., resumes uploaded to WordBond). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process that content, directly and through our service providers, solely to provide and operate the Services for you — for example, transmitting your resume text to an AI provider to generate your tailored documents. We do not use your content to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not use it for any other customer’s benefit. We may use de-identified, aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to you to maintain and improve the Services.

6. AI-generated outputs

Many of our products use artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Product-specific terms

7.1 WordBond (wordbond.io)

WordBond provides AI-assisted resume and cover-letter tailoring. You are responsible for the accuracy of information in documents you submit and for final review of generated materials before use with employers.

WordBond is offered in three tiers:

  • Free — a no-cost tier with core features.
  • Pro — a paid subscription tier, billed monthly or annually.
  • Lifetime — a one-time purchase that provides Pro access for the life of the WordBond product. Lifetime purchases are one-time sales under Section 3.

Current prices for each tier are shown on wordbond.io and at checkout. WordBond may offer a partner program; see Section 8.

7.2 EarningsDrift (earningsdrift.io)

Not financial advice. EarningsDrift is an informational and analytical tool. Nothing on or from EarningsDrift constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. No content is a recommendation or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Past performance does not predict future results. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consult a qualified financial professional before acting on any information from EarningsDrift.

EarningsDrift is offered in free and paid tiers; see earningsdrift.io for current pricing. EarningsDrift may offer a partner program; see Section 8.

7.3 ToutCheck (toutcheck.com)

ToutCheck publishes audits and assessments of third-party trading “touts” and their performance claims. Such assessments are informational and opinion-based, derived from available data, and do not constitute financial advice (the disclaimer in Section 7.2 applies by analogy). Assessments reflect the data available to us and the methodology published on toutcheck.com at the time of assessment; subsequent events may change the picture. ToutCheck does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data. Parties assessed by ToutCheck may request corrections or provide additional context at info@unlimitedapps.dev, and may submit data through that corrections process.

ToutCheck is offered in free and paid tiers; see toutcheck.com for current pricing. ToutCheck may offer a partner program; see Section 8.

7.4 What It Paid (whatitpaid.com)

What It Paid sells digital information products (“Receipts”) as one-time purchases. Receipts are delivered digitally as flip-book documents. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. The price shown at checkout is the final and complete price; no additional charges apply after purchase.

Receipt content is factual research compiled at a point in time; while we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that content is error-free or current. Receipts are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice of any kind (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).

7.5 DegenSentry (degensentry.com)

DegenSentry provides meme-coin radar alerts delivered via Telegram bot, Discord, and email. Alerts are informational and automated; they are not financial advice, and no alert is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset (see Section 7.2 by analogy). Alerts are generated and delivered automatically, but market conditions may move before, during, or after an alert; alerts are not a basis for expecting any particular execution price or outcome. Alert delivery depends on third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, email providers) and may be delayed or interrupted. DegenSentry is offered as a paid subscription with monthly and annual plans; current pricing is shown on degensentry.com and at checkout.

7.6 PROSP token

PROSP is a Solana utility token of the Unlimited Apps ecosystem. PROSP pays for Pro tiers at a 20% discount, and holding PROSP unlocks Pro access to eligible products. PROSP is a utility token for use within the Unlimited Apps ecosystem; nothing in these Terms or our marketing should be read as a promise of profit, returns, or investment value. The full PROSP Token Terms are set out in Annex A, which is part of these Terms. PROSP benefits depend on the continued operation of the Unlimited Apps ecosystem and the Solana network, neither of which we can guarantee indefinitely.

8. Affiliate and partner programs

Some products offer affiliate or partner programs. Affiliates and partners must comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when promoting our products. We may withhold or revoke affiliate commissions for fraud, self-referral abuse, misleading promotion, or violation of program terms. Product-specific commission rates, payout thresholds, and attribution windows are published in each program’s partner agreement. The company-wide standard program terms are set out in our Affiliate Program Terms, available on request and published with each program.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel subscriptions as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or as required by law. If we terminate your access other than for your violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse, or if we discontinue a product you have prepaid for, we will refund the unused, prepaid portion of your subscription or purchase on a pro-rata basis. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) do survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that content will be accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER UNLIMITED APPS LLC NOR ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, AND THE SAME EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO CLAIMS BY US AGAINST YOU. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY RIGHTS, AND NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT APPLICABLE CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAW DOES NOT PERMIT YOU TO WAIVE.

12. Dispute resolution — informal resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver

12.1 Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the dispute to info@unlimitedapps.dev with “Dispute Notice” in the subject line. We will have 30 days from receipt to respond and attempt resolution (the pre-filing cure period). Neither party may file an arbitration or court claim (other than for the relief described in Section 12.5) until that period expires.

12.2 Agreement to arbitrate. Except as provided in Sections 12.4 and 12.5, any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be seated in Wake County, North Carolina. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. The arbitrator — not any court — will decide questions of arbitrability, except that a court will decide whether the class-action waiver in Section 12.3 is enforceable as to a given claim.

12.3 No class actions; jury-trial waiver. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding. EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will proceed in court under Section 12.6 and may not be arbitrated as a class or representative action.

12.4 Small claims. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court in the county where the claimant resides or in Wake County, North Carolina, so long as the claim remains within that court’s jurisdiction and is not removed or appealed to a court of general jurisdiction.

12.5 Injunctive relief for IP and security. Either party may seek provisional or injunctive relief in court — including for intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, or circumvention of access controls — without first completing Sections 12.1–12.2.

12.6 Fallback forum; governing law. For any dispute not subject to arbitration (including opted-out users under Section 12.7 and claims carved out above), these Terms are governed by North Carolina law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, to whose personal jurisdiction you consent.

12.7 Your right to opt out. You may opt out of Sections 12.2–12.3 by emailing info@unlimitedapps.dev with “Arbitration Opt-Out” in the subject line within 30 days of the date you first accept these Terms (or, for users who accepted before this Section took effect, within 30 days of the notice described in Section 13), stating your name and account email. Opting out has no penalty and does not affect your use of the Services; Sections 12.1 and 12.6 will govern your disputes.

12.8 Fees and conduct of arbitration. Your share of arbitration filing fees will not exceed the filing fee for a comparable action in court; we will pay the remaining AAA administrative and arbitrator fees as provided in the Consumer Arbitration Rules. Hearings will be conducted by documents, telephone, or video conference unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

12.9 Severability. If any part of this Section other than Section 12.3 is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Section 12.3 is governed by its own fallback in that Section.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes — in particular to payment, refund, or dispute-resolution terms — we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, and the changes will apply prospectively, to purchases, renewals, and claims arising after the effective date. Changes to dispute-resolution terms will not apply to disputes of which we have received notice before the effective date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date and the prior terms will govern the remainder of your then-current billing period.

14. Contact for legal notices

Unlimited Apps LLC
4501 New Bern Ave Ste 130-212, Raleigh, NC 27610
Email: info@unlimitedapps.dev

The street address above is provided for legal notices and formal correspondence only.

For legal correspondence (including legal notices and IP claims), please include “Legal Notice” in the subject line.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any product-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Unlimited Apps LLC regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements on the same subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms or your account without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a sale of a product line or of the company, on notice to account holders. Section headings are for convenience only.

Annex A — PROSP Token Terms

These Token Terms are part of the Terms of Service and govern PROSP, the Unlimited Apps ecosystem token. In the event of any conflict between this Annex and the main Terms, this Annex controls for PROSP matters.

  1. What PROSP is. PROSP is a digital utility token on the Solana blockchain, issued by Unlimited Apps LLC, usable solely within the Unlimited Apps ecosystem as described on the PROSP page. PROSP is not equity, debt, a share of revenue or profits, or any other security or financial product, and it confers no ownership, governance, dividend, or redemption rights.
  2. Utility. PROSP may be used (a) as payment for eligible Pro tiers at the discount published at checkout, and (b) to unlock Pro access to eligible products while held in a connected wallet. Features, eligible products, discount rates, and holding thresholds may change; material changes will be announced on the PROSP page at least 30 days in advance where practicable.
  3. No redemption. Unlimited Apps does not redeem PROSP for cash or other assets and is under no obligation to purchase, repurchase, or create a market for PROSP. Any secondary market is operated by third parties without our control or endorsement.
  4. Value and volatility. PROSP may have no value outside the Unlimited Apps ecosystem. Any market price is set by third parties, may be volatile or go to zero, and is not endorsed by us. Do not acquire PROSP in amounts beyond your intended use within the ecosystem.
  5. Your wallet, your risk. PROSP is held in self-custodied wallets. Unlimited Apps cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or restore access. Blockchain transactions are final.
  6. Payments are final at the stated rate. When you pay with PROSP, the conversion rate displayed at checkout is the rate applied. Completed purchases are governed by the refund policy in our Terms of Service; refunds of PROSP payments, where owed, are made in USD by reference to the USD price of the product purchased, not by return of tokens.
  7. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your acquisition, holding, or use of PROSP. Paying with PROSP may be a taxable disposition for you; consult your own tax advisor. Unlimited Apps provides no tax advice.
  8. Availability. We may restrict PROSP features in jurisdictions where offering them would violate applicable law.
  9. Changes. We may amend these Token Terms; the current version is posted with the Terms of Service with its effective date, and changes will be handled as described in Section 13.
